Being in the city center, it’s very easy to get to M9 Museum and Google Maps can provide directions. The closest parking lots are: Parcheggio Costa (0412722352/168), Parcheggio P.le Candiani (041985616), Parcheggio P.le L. Da Vinci and Parcheggio Umberto I (tel. 0412722352/168).
After parking, you can easily walk through the pedestrian routes in the center of Mestre to get to the M9 Museum.

By Public Transport

From Marco Polo Airport

A) BUS – Take the bus line 15 and get off at the XXVII Ottobre – “Colombo” bus stop. Walk the last 450 meters from Piazza XXVII Ottobre. Total travelling time? Just 25 minutes!

B) VENICE AIRPORT BUS EXPRESS or ATVO Venice Airport Bus Express – they both stop at Mestre Railway Station.

From Mestre Railway Station
TRAM – Take Tram Line 2, headed to Mestre Centro, and get off at the via Cappuccina – “Villa Erizzo” stop, then you are less than 200 meters away from M9.
Total travelling time? Just 15 minutes!

Coming from Venice

TRAM – Take Tram Line 1, headed to Favaro, from Piazzale Roma, get off at the Mestre Centro stop in Piazzale Cialdini and walk the last stretch towards the M9 Museum.
Total travelling time? Just 20 minutes!

BUS – Take one of the 7, 7E, 4L or 4 bus lines from Piazzale Roma to the Mestre city center.
Total travelling time? Just 15 minutes!

By Bike

Do you want to protect the environment and ride a bike or walk? Sounds nice!

The M9 district is surrounded by pedestrian routes and limited traffic zones, so it’s an easy and safe trip by bike or by foot!

 Cycling is facilitated by bike stations in the immediate nearby of M9 Museum and by a Bike Park (racks for 800+ bikes) in Via Trento, near Mestre Railway Station. Links with cycle paths offer safe access to M9 not only from the city center but from other parts of the city too, including Bissuola, Cipressina, Carpenedo and Marghera.
 There is a bike-sharing service called VeNice in Bike.

There is a taxi rank in Via Poerio, a stone’s throw from the M9 district.
